Praising
  1. Have you had any achievements recently?
    1. 我的答案
Yes, I have achieved a few things recently, including securing my first full-time job and completing the Google Business Analysis Certificate in July. I also had the chance to travel for work and conduct interviews, which really pushed me out of my comfort zone. These experiences gave me a strong sense of growth and accomplishment.
  1. How do you feel when you are praised?
    1. 我的答案
I feel genuinely motivated when I’m praised because positive feedback gives me a sense of recognition. In school, teachers’ praise used to be a huge driving force, but as I entered the workplace, I realised that external opinions could influence me a bit too much. So now I try to stay balanced, while still appreciating encouragement from others.

  1. Do you think parents should often praise their children?
    1. 我的答案
Yes, I think sincere praise is essential because it helps children develop confidence and a positive self-image. When encouragement is given at the right time, it reinforces good behaviour and motivates children to keep improving. Of course, praise should be meaningful rather than excessive, or it might lose its impact.
