Plans
  1. Do you like making plans?
Generally speaking, yes. I find having a rough plan helps me stay organized and reduces stress. I'm not overly rigid though – I prefer having a general outline with some flexibility built in. For daily tasks I keep a simple to-do list, while for bigger events like trips, I plan more thoroughly.

      • rough adj. not exact; not including all details
        • synonym approximate
  1. Do you use paper or your cellphone to make plans?
I mainly use my phone these days. I have a calendar app that syncs across all my devices, which is super convenient. I can set reminders and check my schedule wherever I am. That said, I still enjoy jotting things down on paper for certain creative projects or brainstorming ideas.
      • sync verb 同步
      • jot down to write sth quickly

  1. What are the benefits of making plans?
Plans definitely help reduce anxiety about the future. They give you a sense of control and direction, making complex tasks more manageable by breaking them down. Good planning also helps you use your time more efficiently and avoid last-minute rushes. Plus, there's real satisfaction in ticking things off your list!
      • a sense of control and direction
      • manageable adj.
        • Breaking the task into smaller parts makes it much more manageable.
      • tick things off your list
