Over time, I also explored simple online games and community-based platforms, which sparked my curiosity about digital technology. That early exposure made the internet a natural part of my daily life as I grew up.

I go online every single day because both my work and personal life rely heavily on digital connectivity. At work, I need to use computers and the internet constantly for research, communication and documentation. After hours, I still use my phone to stay updated, relax, or simply socialize, so going online has become almost unavoidable.
- How does the internet influence people?

The internet has fundamentally reshaped how people work, learn and interact with the world. It provides instant access to information and opportunities, enabling remote work, online learning and digital communication across borders. However, it has also increased dependence on technology, which can make people more distracted or overwhelmed by constant online engagement.

Honestly, I probably do spend more time online than I should, mainly because my job requires constant digital access. While I do enjoy the idea of a slower and more pastoral lifestyle, modern work and social expectations make it difficult to disconnect completely. I’m trying to find a healthier balance rather than letting the internet dominate my daily routine.
