Part 2 独立陈述（Long Turn）
- 时长： 3–4分钟（含1分钟准备时间）
- 流程：
- 考官会给你一张话题卡（Cue Card），上面列出要点。
- 你有1分钟准备时间，可使用纸笔做笔记。
- 然后你需连续说2分钟，考官在时间到时会打断你。
