  1. When do you do puzzles, during trips or when you feel bored?
    1. 我的答案
I usually do puzzles at home when I have some free time, mainly as a way to challenge my mind and keep my brain active. I find it intellectually stimulating because it requires logic, concentration, and problem-solving skills, which makes it a rewarding activity rather than just a way to pass the time.
  1. Do you like doing word puzzles or number puzzles?
    1. 我的答案
I suppose jigsaw puzzles were my main interest, but I also enjoyed number puzzles when I was in primary school. I used to subscribe to a newspaper that had daily puzzles, and I would solve them during my lunch breaks. As for word puzzles, I occasionally play them on my phone, especially through dedicated mini-games.
  1. Do you think it is good for old people to do puzzles?
    1. 我的答案
Definitely, I think puzzles are excellent for older people as they stimulate the brain and help maintain mental agility. Some studies even suggest that engaging in such activities might reduce the risk of cognitive decline or delay the onset of conditions like Alzheimer’s.
