我觉得和年龄无关，主要看对方的工作方式。如果对方年纪大，而很有经验，又特别有亲和力，我当然很开心了。但如果对方年龄很大，对人特别push，我会不太喜欢。

I’d say it depends more on their working style than their age. If they’re experienced and approachable, I’d be really happy to work with them. But if they’re quite strict or pushy, I might find it a bit stressful.
